Welcome to ThaiStore!

By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Business Structure and Export Sales
ThaiStore is operated by Thai Vitality Co., Ltd., a registered company in the Kingdom of Thailand. All international orders placed through this website constitute an export of goods from Thailand to the customer's destination country.

2. Tax and Exemptions
As these transactions are international exports, all prices listed on our website are exempt from local Thailand Value Added Tax (VAT 0%). Please note that customers may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in their destination countries, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

3. Payment Processing and Service Fees
To facilitate secure international credit/debit card transactions and cover multi-currency conversion costs, all international orders are subject to a fixed Payment Processing Fee (Handling Fee) of 7.5%, which is automatically calculated and added to the order total at checkout. By completing your payment, you explicitly agree to this administrative processing charge.

4. Taxes and Customs Duties
All transactions processed on this website are international exports from the Kingdom of Thailand and are exempt from local Thailand Value Added Tax (VAT 0%).
Customers may be subject to paying import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees depending on the specific regulations of their destination country. All such external charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. There will be no refunds issued for any shipment if the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or local taxes upon the items' arrival.
