Tiger Balm / Muscle Rub

 - Cream sport:  intended primarily for athletes because it helps to compensate for chronic muscle and joint pain, caused by constant exercise and training. In addition, it loosens (warms) the muscles and prevents them from stiffness, which usually is the cause of the injury and restiani. Ointment applied before or after a workout , and in this case keeps the muscles in perfect condition and a constant tone. Low-fat cream Tiger Balm Muscle RUB for pain relief, pain relief , muscle pain , sprains , back pain , and stiffness during exercise , sports , as well as help cope with this disease like arthritis. Indications for use:

• Muscle and joint pain.

Composition :

application: :

- Clean the affected area. Apply adequate amount of cream and massage with gentle massaging movements until the balm is absorbed. Apply to the affected area two to three times daily.

- for acute pain to put it on dry and clean skin - apply once or twice daily, or as needed.

- With diseases of the musculoskeletal system – apply on area of pain, gently massaging until complete absorption of the drug at 1 – 3 times a day.

- the Tool can be used by athletes to relieve muscle pain.

If the cream still called burning, in any case, do not try to wash off, it will only get worse.

In this case, you need to remove the balm with a dry paper towel, apply any oil, again wet and apply the aloe Vera gel or any other soothing cream or oil.
