 application of:

- Clean the affected area. Apply adequate amount of cream and RUB in a gentle massaging motion until the cream is fully absorbed. Apply to the affected area two to three times daily.

- for acute pain to put it on dry and clean skin - apply once or twice daily, or as needed.

- When a headache, the cream should be rubbed into the neck.

- With diseases of the musculoskeletal system – apply on area of pain, gently massaging until complete absorption of the drug at 1 – 3 times a day.

- the Tool can be used by athletes to relieve muscle pain.

- For healthy skin you need to apply a very small amount of cream, as it may be burning for you .
