application: :

to Open the package and apply the cream on the neck arms or back a little bit - the cream is applied topically gently massage as needed. As a reducing agent applied to the affected area of the body when discomfort occurs. Massage into the skin until fully absorbing (drying). Apply to the affected area two to three times daily. Or once pre-workout warm-up, cream is used before exercise for rubbing the muscles and joints, acts as a warming and analgesic (pain relieving withdrawal pains in joints and muscles) .
