application: :

it is Better to apply after intense workouts, strenuous exercise or for relieving symptoms of sprains and inflammation. A small amount to squeeze onto problem areas and massage until completely absorbed. Apply the ointment on a bruise (3-4 times a day) and RUB well, the cooling effect you will feel almost immediately, and after a few minutes, the pain, the inflammation will begin to go .
