Apply: 

-  Rinse with warm water. Apply adequate amount of shampoo on hair and scalp. Strong massaging movements make the massage the scalp for 1-2 minutes. Rinse the shampoo with warm water. Again apply the shampoo and massage for 2-3 minutes and leave on the head while washing the rest of the body. Rinse with warm water.
