✨ How to use: Open the cover. Then pull out the plastic stopper that covers the bottle cap. (I don't recommend using your hands to pull. It may cause injury.) Then turn the cover back down to its original position. Put all the fiber rods in the box set in. To be used for absorbing perfume to spread the scent. The stem will gradually absorb the perfume. The fiber stem can be turned from the bottom to the top as desired. To make the smell spread better
